NEW 1000 H.P. WELL SERVICE TRIPLEX PUMP PACKAGES One new OFM 1000 equipped with 4 1/2” culminoy plungers and packing. Unit will be powered by a new Caterpillar C-18 755 h.p. tier 4 diesel engine (not requiring DEF Tank) and rebuilt Allison 6061 transmission with gauges mounted beside the engine. Unit will be equipped with a 75’ remote panel with critical engine functions, transmission shifter and digital flow totalizer readout. The triplex pump will be charged by a new MCM 5 X 6 centrifugal pump via hydraulics powered by PTO and including a 75 gallon reservoir, hyd. pump, motor, filtration system, cooler and all necessary plumbing. Charge pump will have suction plumbed to both sides of the skid with butterfly valves and threaded flanges. Triplex pump shall have a pressure lube system including; 75 gallon reservoir, pump, cooler, pressure relief valve, temperature gauge, filtration system, low oil pressure warning light, low oil pressure warning alarm and all necessary plumbing. Unit will be equipped with 120 gallon fuel reservoir, 0-10,000 psi mud gauge, batteries, battery box, drivelines and all necessary guards. Plungers will be lubricated with air actuated lube pump with the system including all necessary plumbing. Unit can also be equipped with a 4 or 5 valve integrated choke manifold consisting of 1502 HU valves rated for 15,000 psi. Pump will have a in-line 2” flow totalizer with readout at the panel and on the remote panel. All equipment shall be mounted to a new three runner oilfield type skid with all necessary floor plating, bump bar and loading hitches at both ends.
